Accounts Payable Specialist, Truck Repair Shop | Cincinnati

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for our truck repair shop. Your responsibilities will include processing invoices for repairs, parts, and mechanics, reconciling repair orders and parts invoices with supplier invoices, entering all data into the accounting system, and managing missing documents, discrepancies, and outstanding invoices. We require a candidate with at least one year of experience in invoicing, supplier or customer settlements, or accounting, a strong attention to detail, strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, and a minimum B2 level of English for daily communication with employees and suppliers in the United States. Experience in trucking or auto repair is a plus, but not required.
