Appliance Repair Technician | Boston

Freedome Breeze is seeking an experienced appliance repair technician to work in Boston and the Greater Boston area. Specializing in repairing refrigerators, freezers, ovens, stoves, and cooktops of both mainstream and premium brands. Experience with brands such as Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, and Thermador is a plus. Responsibilities: Diagnosing and independently repairing appliances Explaining the required work to the client and agreeing on the price Selecting and purchasing spare parts Maintaining photo reports and orders in the CRM system Interacting with the dispatcher. Requirements: Practical experience repairing appliances Skills in independently troubleshooting Knowledge of English for communicating with clients and using technical documentation Willingness to travel throughout Boston and Greater Boston Accuracy, punctuality, and responsibility Payment terms and schedule are discussed individually with each candidate, depending on experience.
