Deep Cleaning Lady Job Opening — Full-Time 22-25/hour (growth up to $27+) | Monday–Friday We are seeking a full-time team member. We specialize in detailed deep cleaning of mid- and premium-class apartments. This isn't a light, maintenance-type job for a couple of hours. It's physically demanding work that requires good stamina. Deep cleaning involves thoroughly examining the entire space, including surfaces, furniture, kitchens, and bathrooms, removing grease and household dirt. You must be constantly on the move, using your hands throughout the shift, and maintaining a high-quality cleaning without losing momentum. Working Conditions: Schedule: Monday–Friday, days off: Saturday and Sunday. Shifts start at 9:00–10:00 AM, lasting 7–9 hours, depending on the property. You must be prepared to work until the cleaning is completely completed (approximately until 5:30–6:30 PM). Format: One site per day, no travel between locations. Equipment and tools: provided on-site. Payments: weekly for actual hours worked. Pay and growth: $22/hour — first 2-3 weeks, training and internship period. $25/hour — after mastering standards and transitioning to independent work. Up to $27/hour — with consistently high quality and speed of work. Potential for further growth as you transition to mentoring and training new employees. Who I'm looking for: Someone seeking stable, permanent, long-term employment (at least 6 months), not a temporary replacement. An employee for whom this work will be their primary work obligation, strictly without combining it with other shifts that will overlap with their main job. Someone who can work reliably from Monday to Friday without lateness, absences, or sudden cancellations. Physically resilient, meticulous, and attentive to detail. With basic English for simple, polite communication with clients. Deep Cleaning experience is a plus. I'm ready to train suitable candidates to our standards.
