Deep Cleaning Cleaner (Full-Time) — $22–$25/hour. Seeking a full-time position in an apartment cleaning studio (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens). This is not a part-time job, and requires no other work. Schedule: Mon–Fri (Sat and Sun — days off). Shifts are 7–9 hours (until 5:30–6:30 PM), covering one location per day. Pay: $22/hour during training, $25/hour for independent work. Weekly payments. This is not a light, maintenance clean for a couple of hours. IMPORTANT: NATURE OF THE WORK The work requires good physical endurance and constant activity throughout the shift. Deep cleaning involves thoroughly examining the entire space, including surfaces, furniture, kitchen and bathroom, removing grease and household dirt. It is necessary to constantly move, maintain a good work pace and high-quality cleaning throughout the day. SCHEDULE AND CONDITIONS Days: Monday–Friday Weekends: Saturday and Sunday Shift start: 9:00–10:00 Duration: 7–9 hours depending on the property Format: One property per day, no travel between addresses Equipment and supplies: provided on site Payments: weekly PAY AND GROWTH $22/hour — the first 2–3 weeks of training and internship. $25/hour — after mastering standards and moving to independent work. Up to $27/hour for consistently high quality and speed of work. Potential for further growth: opportunity to mentor and train new employees with the potential for a higher rate.
