My name is Irina Serafimchuk. I have over two years of experience as a dispatcher in the US trucking industry. I've worked with refrigerated and dry vans, with regular drivers and brokers. I've handled freight sourcing and booking, rate negotiations, loading/delivery monitoring, BOL/POD, delays, and loading/unloading operations. I've worked for the same company for almost two years. I'm responsible, organized, and able to quickly solve problems and work calmly under stress. I'm currently seeking a stable dispatcher position.
