Position Overview As a Host / Hostess, you will welcome guests, manage reservations, answer phone calls, organize seating, and support the overall flow of service. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys communicating with people, stays calm during busy hours, and can keep the front of the house organized. Responsibilities - Greet guests warmly as they arrive - Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements - Answer phone calls and provide basic restaurant information - Confirm reservations when needed - Escort guests to their tables - Communicate wait times clearly and professionally - Coordinate with servers and management to balance table assignments - Help maintain a smooth guest flow during service - Keep the host stand clean and organized - Assist with menus and basic guest requests - Support the team during busy service hours - Handle guest questions or concerns with patience and professionalism About Oda House Oda House is a Georgian restaurant in Manhattan led by a Michelin-recognized chef and known for authentic Georgian food, natural Georgian wines, and a warm dining atmosphere inspired by Georgian culture.
