Housekeeper Wanted Miami Beach, South of Fifth $40/hour 40 hours a week, no accommodation We are looking for a permanent assistant to help organize our family life and daily affairs. We need a person who can independently plan work and bring assignments to a result. Terms: • Full-time: 5 days, 40 hours a week. • $40/hour, official employment and paid vacation. • No accommodation. Direct employer. Responsibilities: • Laundry, cleaning, tidying the house and wardrobe. • Maintaining a family calendar. • Online shopping, communication with stores, monitoring deliveries, exchanges and returns. • Monitoring stocks of food and household supplies, availability of school uniforms and school supplies. • Preparing for trips, packing and unpacking suitcases. • Organizing visits from technicians and service centers, monitoring the progress of work. • Making pet appointments with a veterinarian and groomer, coordinating walking and boarding. Requirements: • Experience of permanent work as a housekeeper or assistant in families and verifiable references from previous employers. • Independence, attentiveness and the ability to prioritize. • Confident use of a smartphone, email, calendar and applications. • English at a level sufficient for everyday communication and correspondence with stores and service departments. Fluency is not required. • Driver's license, confident driving and permission to work in the USA. • Tact and confidentiality.
