Looking for drivers with their own cars

I'm looking for drivers with their own vehicles (pickup trucks, Sprinters, vans, cargo vans) in New York City and the suburbs to remove trash, old furniture, and construction debris. Working conditions: — I (the dispatcher) find the orders and clients. You don't need to waste time or money on advertising. — Payment: you get 75% of the order cost, and I get 25%. The average order is $800, your share is $600 per trip. — You receive payment directly from the client (cash or card), after which you transfer the commission (25%). — A steady flow of orders. Requirements: — Your own car (pickup truck, van, Sprinter). — Driver's license and documents in order. — Willingness to fulfill orders throughout New York City.
