Sales Estimator

Location: San Francisco to San Jose, California. A renovation and construction company (General Contractor) is seeking a Sales Estimator to join our team. We are seeking a specialist who is skilled in working with clients, presenting services, and bringing deals to a contract. RESPONSIBILITIES: Handling incoming inquiries from potential clients. Selling the company's design and renovation services. Visiting sites to communicate with clients and discuss projects. Preparing commercial proposals and calculating work costs. Negotiating and concluding contracts. Presenting the company's services and supporting the client during the sales stage. REQUIREMENTS: At least 3 years of experience in B2C sales. Experience in active and assertive sales is an advantage. Confident English is a must. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively present services. Own car for visiting clients. Responsibility, initiative, and a focus on results. CONDITIONS: Training in repair technologies and estimate calculations. Working with an incoming flow of potential clients.
