Quality & Regulatory Manager

Northridge, California (On‑Site) Full‑Time Brand: Wild & Organic Industry: Dietary Supplements (FDA 21 CFR Part 111 & 117) About Us Wild & Organic is a U.S. wellness brand producing high‑quality dietary supplements. We’re looking for a Quality & Regulatory Manager to lead our quality systems, ensure FDA compliance, and support safe, consistent manufacturing operations. Requirements — Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, Microbiology, QA/RA or related field — 5–7 years of QA/RA experience in FDA‑regulated manufacturing — 3+ years of leadership experience — Strong knowledge of 21 CFR Part 111, cGMP, GDP — Experience with FDA inspections, GMP audits, CAPA, Change Control, Deviation Management — Experience with validation programs & supplier qualification — Strong analytical and communication skills Key Responsibilities — Lead and maintain QMS & SOPs — Ensure compliance with FDA, cGMP, GDP — Oversee document control, CAPA, change control, deviations — Review and approve MMRs, BPRs, specifications, SOPs — Lead investigations (deviations, complaints, OOS/OOT) — Manage internal audits and represent the company during FDA inspections — Oversee supplier qualification and validation programs — Provide regulatory guidance for labeling, ingredients, and new products — Lead and develop Quality & Regulatory team members
