It is also very important to understand people, their culture and way of life. Irina Bronstein LaRose, President and Owner, is a native of Ukraine who has lived in the US for over 30 years. Thus, she has the advantage of not only being fluent in reading, writing and speaking both languages without an accent (which makes it very easy for both parties to understand the interpreter in an oral conversation!), but also understands people and their way of communicating. Bronstein LaRose is actively involved in public life: she is a member of the World Trade Club, the World Affairs Council, the International Trade Club, the World Trade Center and the National Association of Women Entrepreneurs (NAWBO). Throughout the year, she gives numerous guest appearances to various school districts, colleges, local chambers and business organizations dedicated to Russia, its people, culture and doing business there. Bronstein La Rose participates in the work of the Samara Sister City Committee, served on the St. Louis Small Business Week Committee from 1995 to 1999, and was General Chairman of Week 96. In 1997, she was awarded the “Woman Business Attorney of the Year” award by the Missouri Small Business Administration.
