Requirements — Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, Microbiology, QA/RA or related field — 5–7 years of QA/RA experience in FDA regulated manufacturing — 3+ years of leadership experience — 1, 1 with FDA inspections, GMP audits, CAPA, Change Control, Deviation Management — Experience with validation programs & supplier qualification — Значні analytical and communication skills Key Responsibilities — Lead and maintain QMS & SOPs — CPA, Review and approve MMRs, BPRs, specifications, SOPs — Lead investigations (deviations, complaints, OOS/OOT) — Manage internal audits and represent the company during FDA inspections — Oversee supplier qualification and validation programs — Provide regulatory guidance for laing & Regulatory team members
